Policies Governing Use of the Baylor "B" Room
Revised Sept. 16, 2000

The following policies shall govern the use of the Baylor "B" Room subject to such modifications as may be required to make the most effective use of the "B" Room for Baylor Lettermen or the Baylor Athletic Department consistent with the preservation and maintenance of said premises:

I. Home Football Games
The "B" Room shall be open two hours prior to the start of the game and close one hour after the end of the game. Admittance shall be limited. Each Letterman who comes to the "B" Room must show his or her current dues-paying gold card to be admitted. Each Letterman may bring in two guests at no charge in addition to immediate family members. Additional guests, which will be limited to two, will be required to pay a $5 fee. "Guests" will be whomever a Letterman brings in other than his married spouse and their minor children. Guests must be accompanied by their Letterman host or hostess to be admitted. Guests should leave the "B" Room when their host or hostess leaves.

Letterman's children of any age must be accompanied by the Letterman (or Letterman's spouse) to be admitted, permitting use of Letterman's card by Letterman or spouse only. The Letterman is responsible for the supervision of his/her guests and children. Parents must take their children as well as their guests with them when they leave the "B" Room.

Baylor head coaches should have complimentary cards that will admit them and/or their spouse and minor children to the "B" Room, permitting use of head coach's card by head coach or spouse only. All family members should leave the "B" Room when the host or hostess leaves. Additionally, invited guests from the Athletic Department will be given complimentary cards.

Honorary members, which include donors to the "B" Room, should have cards that will admit them to the "B" Room. Family members should leave the "B" Room when their host or hostess leaves.

II. Other Uses of the Baylor "B" Room
All requests for meetings by other groups must receive the majority consent of the Executive Committee. These consents are to be limited to Baylor Athletic Department activities, except in rare instances where Baylor or non-Baylor activities can be justified to be in accordance with the purposes for which the Baylor "B" Room was constructed.

The above rules were duly adopted by the members of the Baylor "B" Association at the general called meeting on Sept. 16, 2000.
