Baylor Strength and Conditioning Facilities
John Karkoska Fitness Center The John Karkoska Fitness Center is located on the ground level of Floyd Casey Stadium and is the training home of Baylor football. The facility's 12,000-square foot and 70,000 total pounds of weights is also utilized by many of Baylor's other varsity teams.
Gray's Gym a. Gray's Gym is located within the new Basketball Practice Facility and is home to the Men's and Women's Basketball teams and is also used by numerous other sports teams. The Baylor Speed, Strength and Explosive Training staff makes effective use of this state of the art, 75oo sq. ft. facility by providing a wide variety of equipment to train the Baylor Varsity Sports.
