2007-08 • SOPHOMORE

Named All-Big 12 after finishing 10th at 2008 Big 12 Championship in Trinity, Texas • Carded the team's best spring and overall stroke averages • Averaged 72.67 strokes in 15 rounds during the fall and 73.38 strokes in 21 rounds during the spring for a 73.08 overall stroke average • Tied for 22nd with a 6-over 222 in the first fall tournament of the season at the Saint Mary's Invitational • Only top 10 finish in the fall came at the Notre Dame Gridiron Golf Classic where he finished tied for sixth with a 3-over 213 • Shot a 7-under 209 at the Turtle Bay Resort Intercollegiate • All three rounds at the Turtle Bay were under-par • Shot a 5-under 67 in the first round of the Rice Intercollegiate, but later was forced to withdraw in the third round • Dominated the Border Olympics, posting Baylor's first and only spring medalist • Shot a 9-under 207, including a 68 in the first and 69 in the second rounds • Finished tied for 102nd at the NCAA Central Regional in Columbus, Ohio • Finished season with 16 rounds of even-par or better.

Averaged 74.22 strokes in 27 rounds as a redshirt freshman • Shot 17-under par to win the 2007 West Texas Amateur • Finished 44th overall at the Big 12 Championships in his first postseason appearance • Had a top finish of tied for fourth at the Louisiana Classics • Also had his low tournament score at Louisiana Classics, shooting a 210 (73-65-72) for the three rounds • Low round of the season was a 7-under par 65 at the Louisiana Classics in the second round • Carded even-par or better in 11 rounds on the season.
