Women's Tennis Freshman How did you get started with Tennis? My mom put me in tennis because she played when she was younger and she wanted me to have something in common with her. I also had great coaches at home and I loved it so I kept playing. Has your game improved since last year? My game has improved a lot since last year. I am playing a lot smarter on the court and I am planning my points before I play them. Last year I just served it and saw what happened. I am definitely making a lot less mistakes.
How has tennis influenced your life? Tennis brought me to Baylor and has given me an education and a chance to do something I love everyday. What is your favorite tennis memory? I really had fun on our trip to What are your post college ambitions? I would like to play some tournaments after college, but I am just taking it one step at a time right now. What is your role on the team? Since I am freshman, my role is to follow ZZ's (Zuzana Zemenova) example as best as I can because she is a great role model for me. And to listen to what the coaches have to say. |
