WACO, Texas – Baylor basketball coaches
Nicki Collen and
Scott Drew will appear in Dallas, Tyler and Houston as a part of Baylor's Annual Texas Tip-Off Tour early next month.
The duo will make stops in Tyler and Dallas on Oct. 3, closing down the tour with a visit to Houston on Oct. 10.
Brought to you by Baylor Alumni, fans will get a chance to hear the Big 12 Champions preview their teams ahead of the upcoming 2024-25 season. The conversations will be moderated by the
Voice of the Bears, John Morris, giving Baylor fans and alums a chance to connect ahead of another exciting season of Baylor Basketball.
Off the longest postseason run of the three-year Collen era that ended in the Sweet 16, Baylor returns to the Foster Pavilion after leading the conference in wins over ranked opponents in 2023-24. Driven by a fifth-year vet in
Sarah Andrews, the Bears bring back starters
Darianna Littlepage-Buggs,
Bella Fontleroy and
Jada Walker with a notable newcomer from Colorado,
Aaronette Vonleh. Collen looks to lead the Bears to their 21
st-consecutive NCAA tournament appearance, the fourth-longest active streak in the nation.
Drew and the Bears are poised for another big season on the Brazos, ranked as a preseason top-10 team by several publications.

Josh Ojianwuna headline a core group of returners to be joined by another stellar recruiting class rated as high as No. 4 by On3.com. The only team to be a top-3 seed in the last four NCAA Tournaments, Drew and the Bears are also the only team in the conference with at least 11 Big 12 wins in the last five seasons.
