Step by Step Ticket Return Process:
- Go to your Baylor Athletics Ticket Account (www.baylorbears.com/tickets) and click “My Account.”
- Log in using the email address and password associated with your account. If you have trouble signing in, call the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office at 254-710-1000.
- After you log in, click “Return” on the right side of your screen under “My Tickets.”
- Select the game you want to return tickets for. Please note: You may only return tickets one game at a time.
- Select the seats you wish to return. Click “Next” to continue.
- Confirm that all the information regarding your return is correct. If something is wrong, click “Return Different Seats” at the bottom of the page. Please note: Once you have returned a ticket, the original ticket will no longer be in your account and is considered void.
- Click “Yes, Process Return” to confirm the return of your selected seats.
- Your return is final when you’re redirected to a confirmation page.
After completing the above steps, you will receive a confirmation email about your ticket return. If you do not receive this email, contact the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office.
All Bear Foundation Priority Points will be added to accounts after the conclusion of the men’s and women’s basketball seasons.

**Note: Winners will be contacted the morning following a game to arrange for the pickup of their prize.
**Note: The below priority point values are assigned per ticket returned.
Men's Basketball:
Kansas, Arizona, Houston: 250 Points
All Other Games: 100 Points
Women's Basketball:
Utah, BYU, Iowa State, TCU: 150 Points
All Other Games: 75 Points

There is no limit to the quantity of tickets that can be returned.
No. Returns are done on a game-by-game basis. Returns must be fully completed in your account for one game before moving on to another. However, all Foster Pavilion games are eligible for returns and should be visible.
Yes. We do encourage those returning tickets, if possible, to return multiple seats next to one another. This will make it easier for Baylor Athletics to redistribute these seats to Baylor fans attending games together.
This program is all about creating the best home-court advantage for our student-athletes. By helping us fill your seats with Baylor fans you will receive the following:
Bear Foundation Priority Points to be added into your account at the conclusion of the men’s and women’s basketball seasons. Points are earned for each ticket returned.
A chance to win the following:
1. Exclusive men’s/women’s signed basketball
2. $50 Baylor Bookstore gift card
3. Concession vouchers for Foster Pavilion
4. Exclusive Baylor Athletics merchandise

No. All returned tickets will be redistributed to Baylor faculty, staff and students. Baylor Athletics reserves the right to prohibit fans of the opposing team from participating in this program.
No. Once tickets are transferred to someone else, they are removed from your account.
No. Once you complete your return, those tickets will be removed from your account.
