WACO, Texas - The Bears held off a late Red Raider run as the Baylor men's basketball team beat Texas Tech in Waco Saturday afternoon, 82-74.

"Our energy level was terrific, and I'm pleased that we had this chance to win the game," Baylor head coach Dave Bliss said.
The win ups the Bears' record to 12-2 at home this season and broke a four-game losing streak for Baylor.
"It seems like we've been losing for two months," Bliss said. "When you make your shots, everything seems a little prettier."
