Donation Requests
Baylor Athletics is currently accepting donation requests from charitable and non-profit organizations for fundraising purposes. Requests may be submitted by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. There are a limited number of items available for the 2026-27 season. Once all items are distributed, requests will close for submission until July 1, 2027. Available items include:Available items include:

- Baylor T-shirt (initial quantity: 20)
- Please indicate preferred size if requested
- Autographed football signed by Baylor Football Head Coach Dave Aranda (initial quantity: 10)
- Autographed basketball signed by Baylor Men’s Basketball Head Coach Scott Drew (initial quantity: 5)
- Autographed basketball signed by Baylor Women’s Basketball Head Coach Nicki Collen (initial quantity: 5)
- Baylor Football ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
- Baylor Men’s Basketball ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
- Baylor Women’s Basketball ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
- Baylor Volleyball ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
- Baylor Baseball ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
- Baylor Softball ticket voucher (initial quantity: 10)
All requests are limited to two items each, with the exception of Baylor Football and Baylor Basketball items, which are limited to one item each. In the description section of your request, please indicate which item(s) you would like to receive. If these items are no longer available or specific items are not requested, Baylor Athletics will provide you with another available item upon approval of your request, while supplies last.
All requests must follow the guidelines listed below. Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in the denial of your request.
- The donation request form must be completed in its entirety and submitted at least one month prior to your event.
- Due to NCAA regulations, items will not be donated to any entity that benefits a high school, high-school aged students, or affiliates of any high-school-aged students. An age range for those who will benefit from your fundraiser must be provided on the donation request form.
- Other colleges or universities are ineligible for donation items.
- Individuals or for-profit businesses may not request items. This process is exclusively for registered non-profit and charitable organizations.
- Any organization that does not adhere to NCAA rules and regulations will be denied its request.
- Any organizations that are located outside of the U.S. are ineligible to receive donation items.
