WACO, Texas – No. 3 Baylor men's tennis hosts its final doubleheader of the season on Saturday with matches against Abilene Christian and No. 19 Texas Tech set for 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT, respectively, at the Hurd Tennis Center.
BU (23-3, 2-0) is riding its longest win streak of the season, which currently sits at seven matches. ACU comes in at 7-12, while the Red Raiders enter at 12-3 with a 1-1 mark in conference action.
The Bears defeated the Wildcats 6-1 as part of their season-opening doubleheader on Jan. 15 in Waco. BU holds a 15-3 all-time series lead over ACU, but trails 32-29 in meetings with Tech.
Baylor got off to a hot start in Big 12 play, taking road contests against No. 18 Oklahoma State and No. 20 Oklahoma last week. The Bears are now 10-3 against ranked opponents this season, including a 9-3 mark against the top-25.
On the spring, BU boasts a combined 112-21 record in singles and a 50-19 mark in doubles action. The Bears are 20-6 in the doubles point and own a 19-1 record in matches when winning the opening tally.

Constantin Frantzen continues to chase down history, approaching Benjamin Becker's school record for career doubles victories. At 102, Frantzen sits just two wins shy of tying Becker atop Baylor's all-time leaderboard.
