WACO, Texas – The 17th-ranked Baylor volleyball squad returns to the road to take on West Virginia in Morgantown on Saturday at 12 p.m. CT in WVU Coliseum.

The Bears (13-3, 3-1) are currently on a two-match winning streak, having beaten Oklahoma at home on Oct. 5 and Kansas in Lawrence on Oct. 13.

Most recently, BU beat out the Sooners, 22-25, 25-18, 25-23, 20-25, 15-10, to stay undefeated at home at 9-0. Lauren Harrison had her second double-double in a row in kills and digs in the match, while Faith Lynch came in clutch in key moments to serve.

At the halfway mark in the season, BU is led by senior Harrison with 167 kills, senior Kara McGhee in blocks with 90.0, sophomore Lauren Briseño with 188 digs and 23 aces, and freshman Averi Carlson with 615 assists.

The Mountaineers (6-10, 0-4) are coming off a three-set loss to Kansas State to host BU. They took both Texas Tech and TCU to five-set matches in the beginning of Big 12 play, but have been swept in their last two matches.

The last time West Virginia beat the Bears was in 2014, and Baylor has won 14 in a row against WVU since then. The all-time series between the two programs is in BU's favor at 20-3, while the Bears are 8-1 in Morgantown.

The match will be streamed by Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with Eric Little and Audrey Adams on the call, and live stats can be found at BaylorBears.com/Stats.

A full recap and final stats will be made available on BaylorBears.com after the conclusion of the match.
