HONOLULU, Hawaii – Top-ranked Baylor acrobatics & tumbling is set to take on Hawaii Pacific on Sunday with a 6 p.m. CT start time in the Shark Tank.
The Bears (7-0) have not faced the Sharks (3-1) in Honolulu since March of 2019, when BU won 284.190 to 277.355.
Baylor is on a 23-meet winning streak, dating back to the 2021 season. The Bears have never lost to HPU and are 7-0 against the Sharks, the first meet taking place in 2014.

Felecia Mulkey won her 80
th meet at the helm of the Baylor program against No. 2 Oregon on April 1 in the Ferrell Center, the 113
th NCATA win of her 12-year career.
Senior
Kamryn Kitchens and sophomore
Jordan Gruendler each earned their fourth NCATA weekly award on April 5, garnering the Athlete and Specialist accolades, respectively. It was the third-straight week after competition that the duo earned their awards. The Bears have earned the Specialist award after each week of competition this season, collecting six of the nine possible awards.
Through seven meets, the Bears have now earned one more perfect 10 score than was earned in the entirety of the 2022 season, having been awarded eight thus far. The majority of this seasons' have come from Pyramid, earning six of the eight in that event. BU has earned at least one 10 in each of the three Pyramid heats, garnering four in heat 1, the Inversion Pyramid.
