Parekh Advances to Consolation Semis at ITA All-American

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. - Baylor women's tennis player Jahnavi Parekh advanced to the semifinals of the qualifying consolation round in the ITA All-American Tennis Championship.
Parekh defeated the No. 39 Caroline VonRossum from William and Mary in a 7-5, 6-2 battle.
The No. 45-ranked doubles team of Katja Kovac and Parekh was defeated by the No. 34 team of Nedelkova and Ondrisova from Virginia Commonwealth, 5-7, 6-2, 6- 2.
Singles play resumes tomorrow morning when Parekh plays her semifinal match.
