Letterwinner's Weekend Set For Home Football Opener

WACO, Texas - The annual Letterwinner's Weekend, sponsored by the Baylor "B" Association, will be this weekend as the Baylor football team hosts the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
The Letterwinner's Weekend, which usually coincides with the last home football game of the year and announces the new inductees to the Baylor Hall of Fame, was moved to the first game this year because Homecoming is the last home game of the season.
Baylor and Minnesota meet Saturday at Floyd Casey Stadium in Waco. Kick-off is set for 11:30 a.m. CT.
A "B" Association meeting in the Letterman's Lounge will follow the game and is open to all former letterwinners, led by President Jerry Marcontell.
