Baseball Ranked Ninth

WACO, Texas - For the first time this season, the Baylor baseball team has cracked the top 10 and is ranked ninth in the Baseball Weekly/ESPN Top 25 Coaches' Poll, released Monday.
The Bears (24-9, 12-3 Big 12) are the highest-ranked team in the Big 12 conference, with Nebraska checking in at 13th, Oklahoma State at 22nd and Texas at 23rd.
Baylor has been ranked in all three major polls all season and comes in at 15th in the Baseball America poll and 17th in the Collegiate Baseball poll, also released Monday.
The Bears travel to Houston Wednesday for a 7 p.m. game with the Cougars.
