After hosting Stephen F. Austin in a doubleheader Thursday, the busy weekend continues for Baylor as the Lady Bears host Akron, Creighton, Oakland, San Diego State and SFA for the three-day Compass Bank Invitational at Getterman Stadium Friday through Sunday. Six games will be played Friday, six Saturday and three Sunday with all six teams playing each other once and playing two games each day. The Lady Bears see their first action of the weekend at 5 p.m. CST Friday against Creighton with a game against SFA to follow.
