Three Baylor Players Sign As NFL Free Agents

Waco, Texas - Three Baylor football players, offensive linemen Greg Jerman and Joe Jackson, along with fullback Melvin Barnett, signed as NFL free agents early this week following this past weekend's draft.
Jerman has joined the Miami Dolphins, Jackson is now a member of the Kansas City Chiefs and Barnett is an Oakland Raider. All three saw extensive playing time during their Baylor careers. Jerman (39 career starts) and Jackson (40) earned 79 career starts between them, while Barnett started 16.
