Waco, Texas - Baylor football coach Guy Morriss and his coaching staff will host the First Annual Baylor Football Women's Clinic at Floyd Casey Stadium on the evening of April 17.
"This is one way we want to get to know the community and let the community know about us," Morriss said. "It's a fun time. We'll teach a little Football 101 and try to make the game more enjoyable for our female fans."
Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. and dinner, which will feature a fashion show, will be served at 6:30 p.m. The Baylor coaching staff will then spend over two hours with the participants going over basic football instruction and providing a tour of the facilities. The clinic should be over by 9:45 p.m.
"When we've done this in the past at Kentucky, the ladies that participated enjoyed the fact that they left knowing more about our football program than their husbands did," Morriss said.
Pre-registration cost is $30 and walk-up registration is $35. Call (254) 710-3424 for additional information.
