Miami Dolphins' wide receiver Derrius Thompson caught a season-high 32-yard pass Sunday in Miami's 17-9 loss to the New York Jets.
Thompson is in this fourth NFL season, his first two with the Washington Redskins and the last half with the Dolphins. He has played in every NFL game, a span of 52 games, including four this season.
During his time at Baylor, Thompson played all four years working his way into Baylor's records book. From 1996-98, Thompson racked up 1,088 yards on 78 receptions, earning a spot on the all-time career yards list.
Next week, Miami plays at New England against the unbeaten Patriots. The game is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST.
