Question:

Is it permissible to use express mail services to send recruiting correspondence to a prospective student-athlete or a high school coach?

Answer:

It is not permissible to utilize express mail delivery services to send recruiting correspondence to domestic prospects, their parents, or their coaches except for the National Letter of Intent or other written admissions/financial aid commitment. Express mail services may be used to send general recruiting materials to international prospects.
