Question:

Is it permissible for a coach to spend funds to entertain a high school, junior college, prep school, or club coach on or off Baylor's campus?

Answer:

Entertainment of a high school, prep school, or two-year college coach, as well as, any other individual responsible for teaching or directing an activity in which a prospect is involved must be confined to Baylor's campus and must be limited to providing a maximum of two complimentary admissions (issued only through a pass list) to home athletics contests (issued on a individual game basis). It is not permissible to provide complimentary admissions to any postseason competition.

Entertainment may not included food and refreshments, room expenses, or the cost of transportation to and from the campus.

All other entertainment of a prospect's coach is expressly prohibited.
