The six countries that will compete in
White posted a 28-14 record in four seasons at Baylor, tying the school record for career wins. He also holds Baylor career records for games started (59) and innings (368.1), and he ranks second in strikeouts (320) behind only Jason Jennings. White earned All-Big 12 honors three times and was selected first team in 2002 and 2003.
Following his Baylor career, White signed with the New York Yankees organization. The Yankees selected White in the fourth round of Major League Baseball's 2003 First-Year Player Draft. White still is a member of the Yankees organization; he spent most of the 2005 season with the Trenton Thunder (AA) of the Eastern League.
