When did you start playing softball?
I started playing T-Ball when I was 4 or 5, but I started playing coach-pitch softball when I was about 8.
Who has had the greatest impact on your career?
My first coach Larry Johnson, my high school coach, Coach Moore and especially my parents.
What is the best part of being a college athlete?
The different places you get to go and see, and also getting to schedule classes early.
If you weren't playing softball, which sport would you want to play?
Volleyball
What is your nickname on the team?
Carrie calls me Kippie, or Kimi.
After meeting coach Moore, what was you first thought?
He is really nice, his strong faith really stood out.
What position would you like to play other than short stop?
Second base, I like to stay in the middle infield.
What is the craziest pre-game ritual you or a teammate has used?
I just sit by my locker and talk with friends; I do eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
What is the most unique item in your locker?
A plastic green soldier that we got in a Bible Study that reminds us to be a soldier for the Lord.
Who are your favorite sports heroes?
I really like Michael Jordan.
Where is your favorite place to go after a game?
Chili's Too, my dad and I love to eat the chips and hot sauce.
What is the best venue you have ever played in?
I would say Getterman Stadium.
What is the highlight of your sports career?
Going to regionals last year and finally making it to post-season and then winning our first game against North Carolina.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
When we were warming up, I got my cleat stuck in my shoelace, and I fell flat on my face.
What opposing school do you most look forward to competing against?
Conference games are always the best; I like playing against Texas A&M and Texas.
Why did you choose to attend Baylor?
I came because of Coach Moore, the school and the education and the business school.
What has been your favorite class at Baylor?
Bob Jones' management class, Small Group Communication with Blair Browning and my accounting classes.
What single thing will you most miss about Baylor when you leave?
My teammates and being here with all these girls.
What CD is in your player right now?
A mix CD with Texas country: Pat Green, Cory Morrow, Robert Earl Keen.
What is the last movie you watched?
The Notebook.
Name one television series you won't miss.
Friends
What is one thing you must pack when traveling?
My pillow and my blanket.
What is your favorite fast food?
Big Bacon Classic from Wendy's
Name one thing that people would be surprised to learn about you.
I am scared of fireworks and balloons; I don't like loud noises.

What is your dream job?
Getting to do something with sports and outdoors and working with younger kids.
