Answer:
It depends.
Regardless of where the graduation is held, it is permissible to attend the graduation of a NON-SIGNEE only during a contact period.
In all other sports ...
It is permissible to attend the graduation of a SIGNEE so long as it does not occur during a dead period.
It is permissible to attend the graduation of a NON-SIGNEE only during a contact period.
