Question:

May a prospective student-athlete or high school/junior college/prep school coach be provided tickets to an away-from-home contest?

Answer:

No. It is not permissible to provide complimentary tickets to a prospect or a high school, junior college, or prep school coach for an away-from-home contest. These individuals may only receive complimentary admission to regular season, home athletics events pursuant to NCAA complimentary admissions guidelines. Keep in mind, prospects may receive up to 3 complimentary admissions per home contest, while coaches may only receive 2 complimentary admissions per home contest.

Remember, November 6-9 is a DEAD PERIOD in all sports except Football and Soccer. During a dead period it is not permissible to provide complimentary admission to prospects.
