Women's Basketball

Tisdale led Baylor to three wins this past week, including a victory over ninth-ranked LSU and a Junkanoo Jam championship. For her performance during the two games of the Junkanoo Jam, Tisdale was named the tournament's MVP. In the championship game against South Dakota State, Tisdale recorded her first career double-double with a 12-point, 10-assist performance.

Aaron Bruce
Men's Basketball

Bruce, a junior guard, averaged 19.0 points and 5.5 assists and hit 9-of-15 from 3-point range to lead the Bears to a pair of wins over Alcorn State and Grambling State. Bruce scored a season-high 20 points with six assists against Alcorn State and 18 points and five assists against Grambling State.
