WACO, Texas - After a nine day break, the Bears return to action tomorrow when they host UT-Arlington's Lady Mavericks at the Baylor Tennis Center. Baylor has defeated UTA seven of the eight total meetings between the two schools. The only loss came in the first meeting back in 1981 but since then, the Bears have won seven straight.

Baylor approaches Tuesday's event with a two-match win streak after defeating nationally ranked Georgia and BYU in the UTSA/ITA National Indoor Championships during the first weekend of February. Overall, the Bears are 5-1 on the season, 1-0 in the Big 12, and 3-1 against ranked opponents.

The Lady Mavericks have lost all three of their spring season matches in 2006.

The programs' ninth pairing is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 5 p.m. in Waco. Live updates for the Valentine's Day match are available at www.baylorbears.com and will be updated approximately every 15 minutes. Final match results will also be posted on the website.
