WACO, Texas - The culmination of the inaugural year of the Golden Bear Rewards Club took place this past Saturday during the Nebraska baseball game. Over 70 students had a chance at winning the grand prize, but Charles Miller was the lucky one who had his name drawn and will receive a trip for two to the Caribbean courtesy of the rewards club.

Over 6,600 students participated in the Golden Bear Rewards Club since its inception with women's basketball and conclusion at the end of baseball season. Students earned points by swiping their Student ID's at men's and women's basketball, baseball, and softball games. The more points they received, the more rewards they would get, with each student becoming eligible for the grand prize once they reached 30 points.

Look for the return of the Golden Bear Rewards Club next fall when it will include more sports and more prizes!
