Golfer Allcorn Takes Lead at CPT Championship

EULESS, Texas - Baylor sophomore Bill Allcorn (Abilene, Texas) fired a course-record 6-under par 64 to take a one stroke lead heading into the final round of the Collegiate Players Tour Championship at the 6,762-yard, par-70 Texas Star Golf Course.
Allcorn is currently 4-under par with a 36-hole total of 136. Redshirt freshman Jeff Gerlich (Austin, Texas) is only two strokes behind Allcorn after turning in an even-par 70 for a 36-hole total of 2-under par 138.
The event concludes Thursday, however results will only be updated on BaylorBears.com as they become available.
