FSN Southwest provides an inside look at how a team prepares for a college football game with a 30-minute UNDER THE LIGHTS special chronicling the week's activities leading up to Baylor's season opener against TCU on Sunday, Sept. 24 at 5:00 PM CT (replayed Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 10:00 PM CT; Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 6:30 PM CT only in Northern region markets; and Thursday, Sept. 28 at 11:00 AM & 7:30 PM CT).
UNDER THE LIGHTS is a new series that takes viewers behind-the-scenes for an all-access look at the inner workings of a player, coach, team or event from the Southwest region.
FSN Southwest producer Matt Scales, associate producer Mike Siroris and cameramen Jeff Irwin and Curtis Fitzpatrick spent a week in Waco and were granted unlimited access to the Baylor football team as the Bears got ready to play TCU.
The FSN Southwest production crew sat in on video sessions with the offense, recorded a chalk talk with quarterback Shawn Bell, followed Bell and cornerback C.J. Wilson around campus, attended coach Guy Morriss' weekly radio show, rode the team bus to the game and was allowed inside the team's locker room before the game and at halftime.
