On October 8, 1960, the No. 20 Baylor Bears upset the No. 9 Arkansas Razorbacks in
Quarterback Ronnie Stanley and Halfbacks Ronnie Goodwin and Ronnie Bull led the Bears to victory. The three Ronnies combined for 245 yards of offense and three touchdowns.
"Our new backfield combination was supposed to take some of the pressure off Ronnie Bull," said Baylor head coach John Bridges. "I think that it did."
Although Baylor didn't force any turnovers and they lost two of their own, the Bears were still able to dominate the Razorbacks.
Baylor's first drive ended in a missed 34-yard field goal, but on their next possession, the Bears ran off eight plays on an 89-yard drive culminating in a 23-yard touchdown run by Ronnie Goodwin.

Ronnie Bull was selected a 1960 and 1961 All-American and was drafted seventh overall in the 1962 NFL draft by the Chicago Bears. That same year he was named the NFC Rookie of the year. Ronnie Goodwin and Bobby Ply were also drafted. Ply played defensive back in the first super bowl for the Kansas City Chiefs in 1967.
