Discuss what you did during the summer to help prepare you for college soccer.
My club team played in regionals and trained all summer for that. I played with them all summer and then after that kept working out with a trainer

What were your goals for this season?
I wanted to try to come in and make an impact, do what I can to help the team, try to come in and score some goals.

Discuss your role as a leader on the team this year.
As a freshman sometimes it can be hard, but a lot of the girls treat us like we are equal, so was easy talking to the girls. A lot of the girls give advice and all of the freshmen kind of helped each other. The seniors are great leaders and when we were on the field we were all there for each other.

What was your team's greatest challenge this season?
We wanted to try to do better than we did last year. Our ultimate goal was to make the Big 12 tournament and we are still working towards that.

What was the most positive thing you've seen from your team so far this season?
We are all really close. When I came to the team they were all very welcoming. We fought every single game even if we are down and no matter what the score is.
