2007 Bear Blitz Caravan To Make Five Stops

The 2007 Bear Blitz caravan, featuring Baylor head football coach Guy Morriss, is scheduled to make stops in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth in advance of the Bears' Sept. 1 season-opener at TCU. The events are co-sponsored by the Baylor Athletic Department and the Baylor Network.
On Monday, July 23rd, Morriss will be featured at an 11:30 a.m. luncheon to be held at The Plaza Club (2100 Frost Bank Tower, 100 W. Houston Suite). Tickets to this event are priced at $25, including tax, and reservations must be made by July 19. Table sponsorships are available for $500 and $300.
The Bear Blitz caravan will stop in Austin, Wednesday, July 25, for an 11:30 a.m. luncheon at the Sheraton Hotel (701 East 11th Street). Tickets to this luncheon cost $25 and table sponsorships, costing $500 and $300, are also available. Reservations must be made by July 19.
Following the Austin stop, the caravan heads to Houston for an 11:30 a.m. luncheon on Thursday, July 26 at the Doubletree Hotel (400 Dallas Street). Individual tickets are priced at $25, with table sponsorships at the $500 and $300 level available for purchase.
On Monday, July 30th, the Bear Blitz will stop in both Dallas and Fort Worth to complete the five-city tour. The Dallas luncheon will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel (15201 Dallas Parkway) starting at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are priced at $35 with table sponsorships at the $500 and $350 level also available. Reservations for this luncheon must be made by July 25.
The final stop for Morriss' Bear Blitz tour will be in Fort Worth for a 6:30 p.m. dinner on July 30th at the Fort Worth Club (306 West 7th Street). Tickets are priced at $25 each with table sponsorships at both the $500 and $300 level available. Reservations must be received by July 26 for this event.
