WACO, Texas -- Armed with 18 returning starters, including six starting position players and eight pitchers, Baylor baseball begins fall practice Tuesday at Baylor Ballpark. Tuesday's 2:15 p.m. CDT practice begins a 45-day fall workout session for Baylor, one of only 15 Division I programs with at least nine NCAA Regional appearances in the last 10 seasons.
The Bears will practice Tuesday through Saturday of this week before beginning intrasquads Monday, Sept. 10. Baylor will play four intrasquads each week for six weeks.
Practices are open to the public.
