Bears Slip Four Spots in Baseball America Top 25

Despite dropping, Baylor has been ranked nationally four consecutive weeks for the first time since 2005 when the Bears were ranked nationally all season long. The Bears' series victory over Oklahoma State capped an eight-game, eight-day stretch in which Baylor posted a 5-3 record that included a three-game series sweep at Mississippi State.
Baylor is off to its best 17-game start since the 2003 Bears opened 14-3. The Bears also won their first Big 12 series of the season for the 10th time in the league's 12-year history, including nine times in the last 10 years.
