The 2008 Baylor-ISP Radio Network includes new affiliates in San Antonio, Austin and Stephenville among its 11-affiliate network announced Wednesday.

The network is produced and managed by ISP, the nation's largest collegiate sports marketing company and the exclusive multi-media rights holder for the Baylor Bears.

Baylor football returns to the airwaves in San Antonio on KSLR (630AM) and Austin (KZNX 1260AM/KWNX 1530AM), while making its debut in Stephenville on KCUB (98.5FM/107.9 FM). Baylor's first-year head football coach Art Briles was the highly successful head coach at Stephenville High School before breaking into the collegiate ranks as an assistant at Texas Tech.

Waco's ESPN Radio KRZI 1660AM returns as the flagship station for all Baylor Athletic broadcasts, while 50,000-watt WBAP (820AM) serves as the network affiliate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for football.

Baylor football will also air in Abilene on KULL (92.5FM), Amarillo (KIXZ, 940AM), Houston (KKHT, 100.7FM), Lubbock (KJAK, 92.7FM), Lufkin (KYBI, 101.9FM) and Tyler (KPXI, 100.7FM) to provide the network with its largest coverage area to-date.

In addition to the radio presence, every second of Baylor Football will be available world-wide through web streaming at BaylorBears.com and Sirius Satellite Radio Channel 161.

The "Voice of the Bears," John Morris, will handle the play-by-play duties for the Baylor ISP team, which will mark his 22nd year broadcasting Baylor football. Former Baylor standout J.J. Joe will provide color for the broadcast.

Other members of the 2008 Baylor football radio broadcast crew include sideline reporter Ricky Thompson, engineer Craig Harper and ISP Network studio host Bradford Hines.

Due to WBAP's coverage of the Democratic National Convention, next Thursday's Baylor-Wake Forest season-opener will air in Dallas/Fort Worth on KVCE 1160AM.
