Soccer Hosts Prairie View A&M On Sunday

The Baylor soccer team will continue its six game homestand as the Bears (1-2-0) host Prairie View A&M (0-3-0) at 1:00 p.m. CDT on Sunday at Betty Lou Mays Field
Baylor will be facing the Lady Panthers for the first time in program history.
"We are excited about how we performed in our last match," head coach Marci Jobson said. "We are going to continue to just take it one match at a time and keep building."
The Bears are coming off a 3-0 home win over Presbyterian on Aug. 31. Sophomore Lindsey Johnson scored in the second of the game and senior Andi Fagan added a pair of goals in the second half, the first of her career.
The Panthers head into the weekend with an 0-3 record, but will face SMU on Friday before taking on the Bears. Heading into Friday's contest, Prairie View A&M has been outscored 13-1 with losses to Texas College (1-2), Houston Baptist (0-6) and Sam Houston (0-5). The Panthers' lone goal was scored by sophomore forward Angelica Diaz.
