She averaged 1.39 blocks per set, and is within six blocks of breaking the all-time Baylor record of 625. Barnes ranked third on the team in digs with 2.45 per set, while also tallying 60 block assists.
Breyfogle and Barnes are the second and third players in program history to earn multiple all-region honors, as Cory Sivertson was selected three times from 1992-94.
The duo also helped Baylor reach the first Sweet 16 round of the NCAA Tournament in program history, while amassing the fourth-highest win total ever with 24.
After defeating the highest-ranked opponent in school history with eighth-seeded UCLA, Baylor will take on ninth-seeded Cal in the Regional Semifinal in Gainesville, Fla. on Friday, Dec. 11 at 2:30 p.m. CT at the Stephen O'Connell Center on the campus of the University of Florida.
