The Baylor University Athletic Performance team will host its third annual strength and conditioning clinic on Saturday, June 5th, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Simpson Athletic and Academic Center at Baylor's new Highers Athletics Complex.

The clinic, which is open to all coaches, will feature former Baylor All-America offensive lineman and current St. Louis Ram Jason Smith, Pat Ivey, Assistant Athletics Director for Athletic Performance at the University of Missouri, Dave Rosland, Owner of Xtreme Formulations and members of Kaz Kazadi's Baylor Athletic Performance Team.

Smith drew five starts as rookie for the St. Louis Rams in 2009 before his season was cut short due to injury. He earned All-America honors in his final season at Baylor and was the second pick in the 2009 NFL Draft.

Ivey is the Assistant AD for Athletic Performance at the University of Missouri where he oversees a staff of 10 coaches. He also directs the physical development of the Mizzou Football Team, which has won back-to-back Big 12 North Championships, as well as Cotton and Alamo Bowl championships in the last three seasons. Coach Ivey and his staff are frequent presenters at numerous conventions and clinics.

Rosland is the owner and supplement formulator of Xtreme Formulations. Backed by science, Xtreme Formulations is at the forefront of the supplement industry, offering high quality, recovery enhancing products for athletes.

In addition to Smith, Ivey and Rosland, the entire Baylor Athletic Performance team is scheduled to speak at the clinic. Kazadi, Baylor's third-year head football strength and conditioning coach, will be joined Directors of Athletic Performance Anne Tamporello and Chris Ruf, Associate Directors of Athletic Performance Adam Davis and Andrew Althoff, Assistant Director of Athletic Performance Jeremy Weeks, Athletic Performance Assistant Caleb Berg and graduate assistants Ryder Weischedel and Keith Belton.

Cost of attendance, which includes lunch sponsored by Hammer Strength and a t-shirt, is $35 per coach or $30 per coach with three of more coaches attending provided the registration is received by May 24. After May 24, the registration fee increases to $40 per coach or $35 per coach if three or more individuals attend the clinic from the same staff.
