WACO, Texas - Baylor baseball's game at Oklahoma State on May 14 will be televised on FSN, the Big 12 Conference announced Friday. First pitch is slated for 6:30 p.m. CST at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium in Stillwater, Okla.

FSN will televise six Big 12 Conference baseball games this season, including the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship on May 29.

Since 1988, the Bears have played 70 games on television and hold a 29-41 record in those games. Baylor has had at least three games televised in every season since 2005 and has appeared on TV at least once in every year since Baylor Ballpark opened in 1999.

Baylor is 4-16 all-time on the FSN family of networks, including a 4-13 mark on Fox Sports Net National, 0-1 on FSN Regional and 0-2 on Fox College Sports. The Bears have dropped nine straight televised games, with their last win coming on May 2, 2008 at Texas in a game that was shown on FSN.

Two of Baylor's three televised games during the 2010 season were shown on FSN. The Bears lost 2-1 in 14 innings at Texas on May 1 on ESPNU, fell 4-1 to the Longhorns on FSN on May 2 and lost 5-3 in 10 innings against Texas A&M in the Big 12 Championship on May 30.

FSN's five regular season broadcasts will include eight of 10 Big 12 teams. Oklahoma and Texas will appear twice each, and Nebraska and Missouri are the only two programs who won't have regular season games shown by the network. The broadcasts will be available to FSN's regional affiliates, reaching more than 82 million homes nationwide.

Additional television appearances are possible through other Big 12 broadcast partners, but those will be announced at a later date.

Baylor opens the 2011 season by hosting the QTI Powers Opening Weekend Classic Feb. 18-20 against Oral Roberts. For ticket information, call the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office at 254-710-1000 or purchase online at www.BaylorBears.com.
