WACO, Texas - Baylor's baseball game at Sam Houston has been pushed back 24 hours and will be played at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Don Sanders Stadium. The game was originally scheduled for the same time on Tuesday.
Baylor (14-7, 3-0 Big 12) is coming off a three-game sweep of Texas Tech to open Big 12 play - its first sweep of a Big 12 series since May 21-23, 2010 against Oklahoma State. The Bears' sweep of Tech helped them move back into the Collegiate Baseball Top 30 rankings at No. 27.
Following Wednesday's game against the Bearkats, Baylor returns home to host a three-game series against Kansas. Friday's first pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m., and that game is the first of two Dogtopia Bark in the Park nights at Baylor Ballpark this season.
