WACO, Texas - Baylor's tennis teams will gather Tuesday afternoon to watch the 2012 NCAA Championship Selection Show. NCAA.com will have coverage of the selection process beginning at 4 p.m. CT.

The watch party, which will be in the XTO Room inside the Simpson Center, is free and open to the public. Drinks and refreshments will be provided. The NCAA will release the women's bracket from 4-4:30 p.m. CT, followed by the men's bracket from 4:30-5 p.m. CT. In accordance with the women's selection show, Baylor will also honor head coach Joey Scrivano for his 300th-career win, which came against Iowa State on April 23.

All tennis fans are encouraged to join the teams for the unveiling of the brackets as the men's program seeks its 15th-straight NCAA selection and the women look to participate in their 13th postseason all-time.

The first and second rounds of the NCAA Tennis Championships are scheduled for May 11-12 at 16 four-team sites in both the men's and women's tournament. The winner of each of the 16 sites on both sides will earn a bid to the finals site in Athens, Ga., May 17-22. Complete team brackets will be posted on NCAA.com approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the show. The fields for the individual singles and doubles portion of the tournament will be announced no later than 5 p.m. CT on Wed., May 2.

For the last six years the Lady Bears have hosted first and second round NCAA action, while the men have hosted the opening rounds seven out of the last nine years.

The Lady Bears are currently 23-7 and ranked No. 12 in the country, while the men are ranked No. 28 with a 17-11 mark on the season.
