Big 12 Announces Softball National TV Schedule

The Big 12 Conference has announced its 2013 FOX Sports Networks and ESPN softball schedule, with Baylor featured a conference-leading three times. The trio of nationally broadcasts games are the most in the program's regular season history.The Lady Bears, ranked No. 22/24 in preseason polls, will take on the Texas Longhorns on Fox Sports Net on Sun., March 24 beginning at 12:30 p.m. in Austin. The change in Sunday's game has moved BU's home game on March 23 to 2 p.m.
ESPN will carry the finale of the Baylor's series at Oklahoma with first pitch scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sun., April 7.
The final TV game will be a home matchup with Texas Tech, now set for Thurs., May 2 at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.
The Lady Bears open up the 2013 season at home with the Getterman Classic on Feb. 7-10 at Getterman Stadium.
