
WACO, Texas - With a Big 12 championship and possible College Football Playoff spot on the line, ESPN's "College GameDay" built by The Home Depot will be coming to Waco Saturday for the first time in the Emmy Award-winning show's 28-year history.
The popular national college football pregame show will take place at the base of the Umphrey Bridge on the South Plaza area at McLane Stadium. Fans may begin taking their place near the set starting at 6 a.m. CT. The three-hour show will begin at 8 a.m. CT, featuring host Chris Fowler, analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and David Pollack, and reporting by Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, Scott Van Pelt, George Whitfield, Gene Wojciechowski and more.
No. 5 Baylor (10-1, 7-1) will host No. 9 Kansas State (9-2, 7-1) at McLane Stadium in the regular season finale at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN Saturday.

Baylor will provide several options for fans to attend ESPN's "College GameDay" football pregame show at McLane Stadium prior to Saturday's 6:45 p.m. CT tilt between No. 6 Baylor (10-1, 7-1) and No. 9 Kansas State (9-2, 7-1) on ESPN.
The popular show will take place at the base of the Umphrey Bridge on the South Plaza area at McLane Stadium. Fans may begin taking their place near the set starting at 6 a.m. CT. The three-hour show will begin at 8 a.m.
Access to McLane Stadium across the Umphrey Pedestrian Bridge will be very limited before and during the ESPN College Gameday broadcast. Visitors are encouraged to utilize the shuttles from downtown and campus or approach the stadium from the North side along Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Two different shuttles will be available for students and fans to get to the show's set starting at 6 a.m. One will pick people up from in front of Penland Hall and the other will pick up people from downtown (corner of 5th and Austin Avenue). The shuttles will run up until 1 p.m.
Fans who do not have credentialed parking for home games may park in non-credentialed lots on campus or park downtown and ride the shuttle to McLane Stadium. Fans who hold credentialed parking passes may park in their designated lot for the show and then leave after and use the pass for reentry into their assigned lot for the game. Cars arriving after 1 p.m. will not be allowed re-entry to the parking lot.
Tailgating lots will open at 6 a.m. Fans who tailgate on the stadium site are still allowed to come in and set up Friday and may stay overnight in their tailgate spot if they desire. Further information is forthcoming for Baylor students who desire to camp out at McLane Stadium.
