March 24, 2015 Complete 2015 Academic All-Big 12 Equestrian Team
WACO, Texas - Twenty-one members of the Baylor equestrian team were named to the 2015 Academic All-Big 12 Equestrian Team. Baylor's total led the conference, which honored 57 student-athletes in all.
16 of the 21 were first team honorees, meaning that they have maintained a 3.20 or better GPA. The remaining five, having maintained a GPA between 3.00 and 3.19, were named as second team honorees.
The following were first team honorees: Hannah Bouziden, Gillian Chant, Ginger Chant, Morgen Fowler, Alicia Gasser, Lindsay Graham, Savannah Jenkins, Breanna Mutzig, Rachel Nankervis, Parris Rice, Kate Riddle, Colby Russey, Elizabeth Shank, Sue Carol Thompson, Sasha Wells, and Rachel Youngblood.
The second team honorees consisted of: Dubois Barnes, Mary Brown, Paige Parker, Samantha Schaefer, and Lacy Watson.
