WACO, Texas- Baylor (17-27, 6-12) travels to Kansas (19-26, 6-9) this weekend for a three-game Big 12 road series. Games are slated for 6 p.m CT Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday as all three games will air on ESPN3.

The Bears lead the all-time series against Kansas 46-16 overall, 17-10 in Lawrence, Kansas, and 41-16 under Steve Smith. The Jayhawks have swept each of the last two series and have won six of the last seven meetings. No. 7 seed BU eliminated No. 3 seed KU from the 2014 Big 12 Championship with a 4-3 win on May 22, 2014, in Oklahoma City in the teams' last meeting. The Bears head into the weekend after a 6-3 loss at UTSA Tuesday, while the Jayhawks enter the series after a 6-5 home loss to Arkansas-Pine Bluff Wednesday.

BAYLOR VS. KANSAS SERIES
Baylor leads the all-time series vs. Kansas 46-16 overall, 41-16 under Steve Smith and 17-10 in Lawrence. Last season, the Jayhawks swept the Bears in Waco on April 25-27, 2014, to give KU a six-game winning streak in the series. BU then avenged the sweeps by ending the Jayhawks' run in the Big 12 Championship as No. 7 seed BU won 4-3 in an elimination game over No. 3 seed KU on May 22, 2014, in Oklahoma City. Baylor has won 13 of the 18 all-time Big 12 series between the teams.
