
Baseball to Host Inaugural Alumni Leadoff Day Feb. 13

WACO, Texas -- Baylor baseball's inaugural Alumni Leadoff Day is set for Saturday, Feb. 13, to bring in the 2016 season. The event will feature an alumni game at Baylor Ballpark where fans can meet and greet with current and former players, including Oakland Athletics infielder Max Muncy (Baylor, 2010-12) along with the new coaching staff.
Free and open to the public, the day will begin with a seven-inning alumni game at 3 p.m. CT. Fans are also welcome to attend batting practice, which starts at noon.
First pitch of the 2016 season and beginning of the Steve Rodriguez era is set for Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. CT against Washington at Baylor Ballpark.
