Softball Cancels Doubleheader with Houston

WACO, Texas - Baylor softball was forced to cancel Tuesday evening's doubleheader with Houston due to heavy rain that made the field unplayable, announced by the team's respective head coaches.
The Lady Bears and Cougars were in a scoreless tie in the middle of the fourth inning when heavy rain forced the teams into the dugouts, with the call being made shortly thereafter.
The games will not be rescheduled for a later date, with no open dates remaining for Baylor before the postseason.
Baylor's next games will be April 21-23 in the highly-anticipated top-15 matchup with Oklahoma in Norman, Okla.
