
SB Adds Four on National Signing Day

Moore adds power, speed and versatility for 2020 season
WACO, Texas – The Baylor softball program signed four student-athletes to national letters of intent for the 2020 season, announced by 19th-year head coach Glenn Moore on Thursday.
The Lady Bears did not have to look far for the loaded class, with three signees out of Texas and one from Oklahoma. Extra Inning Softball rated the BU signing class as the No. 29 recruiting haul in the nation, with three of its four recruits listed in the Extra Elite 100.
"We've got a talented class coming in next year," Moore said. "This class has great versatility and high expectations. They've all had success and should play early in their careers.
Emily Hott

Emily Hott signs with the Lady Bears out of Edmond, Okla., and Deer Creek High School. She played her club ball for the Oklahoma Athletics Premier organization in Oklahoma City under the direction of coach Brian Madden.
Rated as the No. 45 recruit in Extra Inning Softball's Extra Elite 100, Hott is considered one of the top utility prospects in the country. She led her club to a ninth-place finish at the PGF Nationals and the USA Elite Select Championship, helping her high school team to the semifinals of the Class 6A state championship.

Aliyah Pritchett
RHP/UTIL, R/R, New Braunfels Canyon High School, New Braunfels, Texas, Scrap Yard Internationals (The Woodlands)
Aliyah Pritchett joins the Lady Bears from New Braunfels, Texas, and New Braunfels Canyon High School. She played club for the Scrap Yard Internationals organization out of The Woodlands, Texas, under coach Connie May.
Pritchett is a high school All-American, rated as the No. 25 prospect by Extra Inning Softball's Extra Elite 100. She led her team to the 6A title game, going 9-0 in the circle with a 0.56 ERA and 126 strikeouts over 75 innings of work. She carries just as much elite talent at the plate and in the field, posting a .494 average with eight home runs and 46 RBI while locking down the hot corner at third.

Campbell Selman
IF, R/R, Hudson High School, Lufkin, Texas, Sneaky Cleats (Tyler)
Campbell Selman signs with the Lady Bears out of Lufkin, Texas, and Hudson High School. She played for the Sneaky Cleats organization under coach Anthony Springer.
Selman will be a familiar name to BU fans, as she is the youngest sister of former Lady Bear and All-Big 12 selection, Kelsee Selman Rowe, who helped lead Baylor to the Women's College World Series in 2017. Campbell is the third member of her family to play major college softball, joining her sisters, Kelsee (Baylor) and Madison (Stephen F. Austin).
Selman posted a .441 average with 22 RBI, leading her high school squad to the 4A Quarterfinals.

Yoni Moore
IF, R/R, Spring High School, Spring, Texas, Impact Gold (Houston)
Yoni Moore joins the Lady Bears from Spring, Texas, and Spring High School. She played club for the Impact Gold organization out of Houston under coach K.C. Jackson.
Moore is the No. 93 recruit in the country according to Extra Inning Softball's Extra Elite 100 as one of the most respected power hitting prospects in the class. Known for hitting 300-foot bombs at the plate, she collected a .465 average with nine home runs and 51 RBI's for Spring, posting a .537 on base mark and a 1.140 slugging mark.
