Foster Forward: Getting to The Pavilion
WACO, Texas -- Baylor will launch a revamped ticket-return program on Wednesday, dubbed "Pack The Pavilion."
The ticket return process will now be easier than ever, while also including improved benefits for fans who are unable to utilize their tickets. The goal is to ensure that the Pavilion is packed nightly with the Baylor Family.
If they're unable to attend a game, season-ticket holders will now be able to return tickets by logging into their account for a simplified, five-click process to put their tickets in the hands of other Baylor fans. They will also be able to donate partial quantities of tickets in this new process.
Tickets that are returned will never be re-sold and will benefit only Baylor faculty, staff and students.
Fans who return their tickets qualify for exciting incentives, including Baylor Bear Foundation priority points and other prizes.
The venue will open on Jan. 2 for the men's basketball team vs. Cornell and Jan. 3 for the women vs. TCU.
