
Newcomer Kadleckova Named Big 12 WT Scholar-Athlete of the Year

IRVING, Texas – Baylor women's tennis newcomer Miska Kadleckova was tabbed the Big 12 Women's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year, the league office announced Wednesday.
Student-athletes were selected as award winners based on the votes of each sport's respective head coaches.
Kadleckova maintained a 3.76 GPA as a kinesiology and health major with 100 percent participation in contests with Iowa State last season. She earned All-Big 12 second team honors in both singles and doubles, posting records of 29-11 in singles and 30-10 in doubles.
For her success in the classroom, Kadleckova has been recognized as a three-time ITA Scholar-Athlete (2021-23) and a three-time Academic All-Big 12 selection (2021-23).
